Designed, implemented and maintained an enterprise wide area network
that integrated frame relay, DSL, ATM, wireless 802.11, fiber optics and
commercial phones. This network spanned multiple LATA’s and supported
thousands of users. This was accomplished through the use of integrated
multi-vendor solutions.
Developed and installed multiple local and wide area networks for our
customers in the area. Also implemented an in-house and on-site training
program for hundreds of users.
Manage the design and implementation of a wireless network that covered
multiple counties and supplied 10meg data to rural Ohio. This network
involved raising and supporting 6 cell tower sites and supported over
400 users and spanned 360 square miles.

Developed commercial off the shelf software using Agile Modeling,
Rational
Unified Process
RUP and object oriented programming; The In-Touch Journal, CatTrax, Base
Locator, and Q4 Project Management.
Managed the full SDLC of the 8 year development of the In-Touch Call
Center. The final version of this application was developed in an
integrated .NET environment. Using a MS SQL database connected with a
desktop program written in VB.Net and a Portal application written in
.Net we were able to supply full service process using secured access to
web services.
Managed the 5 year development from conception to just short of product
release of the e-ContactMaker program. This program was developed as a
commercial and service based application. The e-ContactMaker program
allowed users to manage their e-mail marketing efforts. Using ActiveX
and Com objects developed in C and C# integrated within VB.Net the
developed application was able to insure the optimized performance of
the system by sensing the processor and bandwidth availability. Product
used an automatic version check that notified users of new updates that
quickly installed them when the user asked. It also used an encryption
key that insured that only the authorized e-mail address was using the
product and had not been shutdown for SPAM abuses.
Managed the Web Enhanced ToolS (WebETs) Content Management programs
using a .NET framework to develop Web Services, Com objects and desktop
interfaces. These programs were designed to allow users to easily
configure special website capabilities for use on their own websites.
Utilization of these WebETs users got the power of a SQL database engine
integrated with web services without requiring licensing and
maintenance.
Member of the MSDN. Installed and configured SharePoint Portal,
Microsoft Commerce and Content , Host Integration, SQL, BizTalk,
Identity Integration and Exchange server. Managed a team that installed
and maintained a server farm that consisted of servers for POP3, SMTP,
MX, spam filtering, radius, SQL, chat, video, gaming, IIS web hosting,
virus, firewall, accounting, proxy, and network monitoring. Used NT4.0,
MS2000 AS, and Linux as the OS for the server platforms.
Operated a 24/7 help desk and 4 computer sales / repair stores in the
area. Called on by many clients to troubleshoot and repair their network
